I'm a hair designer with over 15 years of experience and I absolutely love what I do. New, edgy, classic and beautiful hair all excite me. I've had some wonderful opportunities to work with some amazing and talented people over the years. Favorite TrendMakers

I love the technical skills that come out of Toni & Guy and other Pivot Point devotees. However, if you don't make these techniques your own and incorporate them into your own style and methods, then you're just another barista at Starbucks: churning out cookie-cutter, catch-phrased, end-user products from someone else. Own what you do. No one can ever take that away.

Favorite Brands

I absolutely love the new Wella Koleston Perfect formulations for coloring and nothing but L'Oreal Majimeche for my highlights. For care and styling, I like to throw in some favorites: Alterna (the Caviar line is great for damage control and healthy color), bumbleandbumle, Moroccan Oil (for the absolute BEST blow outs that last-- even in Florida's devastating humidity!). I also love It's A 10, for post color and sea-sand damaged hair.

I like exploring the old with the new, so I'm currently integrating lots of classic styling techniques with new products and tools. I love that glamor seems to be coming back, after years of sleek and sexy. Liberty rolls, soft, relaxed curls, even and update on the good, old fashioned finger wave. With modern products, tools and cuts, these are poised to be some pretty hot looks for the upcoming year!
